Biographies

Jeff is married to Whitney and they have 3 kids: Raine, Cyrus and Eve.  His favorite hobbies are golf, spikeball and cooking.  His passion is that the church would be the community that it’s called to be so that it can be a light to the world.  His desire is to see Christians working together in spite of differences to build the Kingdom.

He has been at The Branch Church most of his life.  Jeff is the Worship Pastor at The Branch, has discipled many worship leaders, and spends time teaching musicians to better themselves musically and in godliness. He also helps to oversee the day to day ministries and functions of The Branch. Jeff also is in charge of our staff development, providing training and checking-in with each staff member from time to time.

Don came to The Branch Church by divine appointment and was mentored by one of our previous pastors. After helping to start a ministry in Chicago for inner city kids, he met Travis, and they worked together in Chicago before moving to Ohio to start their new ministry, Off The Wall Discipleship. After spending time here, he became one of our pastors. Don is known for his immense passion - some may call him the crying preacher - and is our chief exhorter. He loves to have fun, talk theology, and sing as loud as he can. He is passionate about following Jesus and drinks his coffee with as little coffee as possible. Don is only slightly competitive and can't wait for the day until he can beat Jeff and Travis at golf on a regular basis.

After growing up at The Branch Church, Travis spent time in Charlotte, NC pursuing his dream of working in professional sports for the Charlotte Hornets basketball team.  It was during this time God began burdening his heart for ministry which ultimately led him to the inner city of Chicago working with Don.  From there Don and Travis moved to New Philadelphia, OH to launch Off The Wall Discipleship.  The ministry from the beginning has been an integral part of The Branch Church and in 2012 Travis came on staff as one of our pastors.  Travis is married to Beki and they have two energetic young boys Tekoa and Reu.  Travis serves The Branch Church by overseeing the teaching and preaching scheduling and preparation for Sunday sermons and discipleship training.  He loves to study and teach and is know for fun metaphors and made-up words in his sermons.  Travis enjoys learning and is currently working on his master’s degree in Biblical Exposition.  He spends his time traveling with his family and playing lots of golf in the summertime!

Eric Schrock is married to Victoria and together they have 4 children: Emmitt Bryce, Oakley Blake, Violet Jane and Porter Duke.  He has attended The Branch Church since July of 2015 and came on staff in February of 2018.  Eric spends a lot of time working with our volunteers, organizing the service, and making sure everything runs smoothly on Sunday mornings at Baltic.  He also serves as the Men’s Discipleship Triangle coordinator.  Along with his wife Victoria, Eric enjoys playing board games, golfing, traveling, golfing, fantasy football and golfing. His desire is to see people form loving relationships within the church for the purpose of walking life together.

Josh has attended The Branch since 2009 when he moved here from the north shore of Boston, Massachusetts to be apart of the Off The Wall Discipleship program.  He has served as the Campus Pastor at our New Philadelphia location since it was planted in 2015, and now serves also as the Pastor of Operations.  Josh is passionate about seeing the church function to its full ability, fulfilling its purpose to be the hope of the world. He loves being apart of a church community that strives to live on mission for the Gospel.

Josh is married to Whitney and they have three daughters, Hadassah (Hadi), Selah and Hannah, and a golden retriever, Noah.  He enjoys early mornings and living an active lifestyle.  And shhh, don't tell anyone, but Josh has an obsession with astronomy and you might catch him reading up on the latest space news in his spare time, secretly wishing he could be an astronaut.

Stacie grew up at the Branch and joined the staff in January of 2019 as the Baltic Worship Leader. She loves worshipping with the TBC family and desires to see the body of Christ unify through worship with one another. Stacie almost never passes up a cup of coffee or a chance to make fun of the other staff members, and in her spare time you'll often find her reading a book, catching up on her favorite TV shows, or starting another house project.

Megan Bouman is from Michigan and moved to Ohio to join Off The Wall Discipleship. While a student, she was a part of the School of Worship. Now she works at OTW Music and helps in both locations on the worship team.  In her spare time she plays with her band, Wreck Like Me and snuggles her friends' babies!.

Jill has volunteered and worked at The Branch for over 10 years in various ministries and roles. Most recently she transitioned to Women’s Ministry Director.

Her hope is to help cultivate connection and encouragement for the women at TBC.
She is passionate about discipleship and women knowing and seeing the value they bring to the church and others.

Most of her days are full of children, spending time with her nephews or watching her friends'  kids! She loves vacations and tries to get away to a tiny house every year! You can usually find her in a coffee shop on her own or meeting with someone!

Aaron Troyer is married to Syrena and together they have one son, Wesley. He has attended TBC since 2018, and came on as the New Phila worship leader in 2019. Aaron is super passionate about all things musical and spends most of his time writing, teaching, or recording music. He loves worshiping as a body at TBC and has a strong desire to help develop and grow a culture that worships Jesus unashamedly.

Jason has worked in ministry of some kind throughout his whole adult life, and is currently serving as the Production Director for The Branch. He oversees the Sunday morning services and livestream, making sure everyone sounds great and things flow smoothly.

Stacy grew up at The Branch and has volunteered in some capacity for many years. In 2022 she came on as Secretary and in 2023 stepped into the role as Children's Ministry Director. She brings her passion for biblical literacy and belief that kids are capable of grasping so much more than we often give them credit for.

Jason and Stacy both grew up in Sugarcreek, and now live back in their hometown and are raising their 5 very active kids close to where they grew up. In their spare time you can find them hanging out with their family, listening to podcasts or eating some delicious BBQ of Jason's.

Zach grew up in Walnut Creek, Ohio and started attending TBC in 2014. Kajsa grew up in Upper Michigan and came to Ohio in 2017 to be a part of Off The Wall Discipleship. They got married in 2018, and have one beautiful daughter - Ember, and an adorable son - Atlas. Zach and Kajsa came on as the Youth Directors in the fall of 2020. They have passion to see the youth and young adults of this generation thrive in the church and develop their own faith.
